Hi there! I’m Crystal, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist located in sunny Southern California. As a woman of faith with a bi-cultural upbringing, I love helping people of diverse backgrounds heal and hope again. Being both practical and insightful, I assist my clients in finding the connection between their thoughts, feelings and behaviors, especially when life gets really tough. I enjoy collaborating with my clients to navigate the various streams of their lives and find new ways to see things. I am experienced in and passionate about the treatment of teens, faith counseling/faith crisis, anxiety, depression, traumatic memory, dual- culturalism, building healthy relationships, culturally sensitive topics, self-esteem and life transitions.
When I’m not seeing clients, I love Disneyland, interior decorating, serving at my church, traveling, mentoring young women, hitting the gym, watching movies, and spending quality time with my friends and family!

Erim Sarbuland
Hi, I’m Erim a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist born and raised in Southern California. I am passionate about normalizing therapy and believe whole heartedly in the benefits of creating time and space for healing. Facing challenges and difficult circumstances is a part of life and it is ok to reach out for help when you need it. I utilize a multi modal approach to therapy. I am experienced in treating anxiety, depression, children 0-5, those facing life transitions, faith informed communities, grief/loss, and multicultural challenges.
Outside of the office I love spending time with family and friends,growing spiritually, going on a run, using my Peloton, going to the
movies, reading, and making as many Disney trips as possible.
